Open Access and Archiving Policy
The Interdisciplinary Cultural and Humanities Review operates on an open access basis. All published materials are freely available to readers and institutions without any charges.
Articles are accessible immediately after publication and remain permanently free to read, download, copy and distribute. Reuse is regulated by the Creative Commons Attribution licence (CC BY), which permits reproduction, adaptation, derivative works and commercial use, provided that proper attribution is given with a link to the official version via DOI, the licence is cited, any modifications are identified, and the licensor is not presented as endorsing the use. Full licence terms are available at https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0/.
Authors retain copyright to their works, while the journal is granted the rights of publication and distribution. Full texts of all articles are available in the Archive, in accordance with the Budapest Open Access Initiative definition of open access.
The Journal develops various procedures aimed at ensuring permanent access to the content hosted on its servers:
- backup;
- monitoring of technological aspects to prevent possible format conversions or outdated software;
- digital preservation metadata;
- use of digital object identifiers (DOIs).
In addition, the journal stores its metadata in the V. I. Vernadsky National Library of Ukraine to ensure long-term digital preservation of articles.
