By sending the work for publication, the author guarantees that the text is original, does not violate the rights of third parties or organisations, has not been published before, and is not under review elsewhere.

The author retains copyright, while the publisher acquires the right of first publication under the CC BY license. This includes the possibility of publishing the article in English and issuing printed copies, translating works originally written in Ukrainian into English with subsequent distribution of the translation, as well as disseminating electronic versions of the article and its English translation through the journal’s official website, repositories, databases, and other digital resources.
